Alejandro H. Reyes passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at the age of 90 years with his family by his side in Houston, Texas. He was born in Lyford, Texas on April 24, 1931 to the late Maria Luisa Hernandez Reyes and Victoriano Reyes. Alejandro enjoyed drinking coffee and having his pan dulce every day. He loved watching TV shows (Laura) and relaxing in his recliner, he especially loved visits from his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, loved their hugs & kisses as they would roll him in his wheelchair. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rachel L. Reyes; daughter, Yolanda Mendoza. Alejandro will be dearly missed by his children, Alex Reyes Jr., Richard Reyes, Ernest Reyes, Mary Lou Reyes and Rose M. Ramirez.
Visitation will begin Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 5:00pm-8:00pm at Meadowlawn Funeral Home 5611 E. Houston St. San Antonio, TX 78220. Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 at 10:00am at Meadowlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park
