Ana Mercedes Irizarry Saez was born in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico January 9, 1952 to loving parents Carlos Irizarry and Vidalina Saez. She passed away to be with the Lord the afternoon of July 23, 2024 at the age of seventy-two.

Ana was an extraordinary and caring Wife, Mother, and Sister, and Grandmother. Her kindness and generosity will be remembered by her friends and family for years to come.

Ana often enjoyed watching TV, movies,reading, and listening to music, especially Elvis, The Monkees and The Beatles. There was nothing Ana loved more than spending time with her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly . She was known for her hearty laugh and kind heart. She was the heart and soul of our family. Very few achieved the level of dedication to her children as she was able to accomplish. Her love ,mentorship,daily interactions with her family and her aggressive pursuit to address areas of concern, lead to the success of her son’s and their family. Everyone that met her was immediately considered family and every act came from a place of love.

Ana is preceded in death by both parents, as well as brothers Julio, Francisco, and Angel Irizarry. Left behind to cherish her beloved memory are her sons Hector Torres (Joann), Miguel Torres (Jessica), Julio Torres, Brothers Armando Irizarry, Aramis Irizarry, as well as Sister Aisa Irizarry – Cortes..

Ana leaves behind a life and legacy that will not soon be forgotten. She will be missed dearly by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing her.
