Angela Y. Woods passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at Northeast Methodist Hospital at the age of 36. Angela was born on May 21, 1971 in San Antonio to Reid Duncan and Pamela Dembo Duncan. Angela worked as a CNA. She is survived by her husband, Derrick Woods; children, Danielle Fatima Woods and Derrick Woods, Jr.; parents, Reid and Pamela Duncan; brother, Reid Duncan; mother-in-law, Gwendolyn Woods; grandmother, Clarissa Dembo; sister-in-laws, Tonya, Michelle, all of which reside in San Antonio, as well as Nicole Woods, who lives in Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, as well as a host of other family and friends. Angela was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Reginald Woods.

Angie was a truly special person and very loved. We will miss her at work and in our lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Angela was a very kind and generous person. She always had a joyful attitude. It was a blessing to know her.
Just wanted to tell the family that you are in my prayers and may GOD bless and keep you all. I am an old elementary schoolmate of hers and one thing I will remember is her beautiful smile and that girl could run some track.
For Angie, You were my friend before I knew my ABC’s and 123’s. I remember waving to you as I held my mother’s hand and you played on Mrs. Dembo’s porch. We started kindergarten together and went on to Emerson – Those years are my fondness (not to mention those awesome birthday parties!)
