Annette Ortiz Duncan went to be with the Lord Thursday, August 5, 2021 in San Antonio, TX. at the age of 61. She was born December 31, 1959 in Del Rio TX. Annette loved spending time with her family. She was a Walmart team member for over 30yrs. Annette is survived by her loving children, Ciara Duncan and Raymond Castillo; sister, Diane Reyes; nieces and nephew, Amanda Reyes, Christina Reyes, Jessica Ortiz, Amber Garcia, and Eric Ortiz. She will be missed by all who knew her.
