Anthony D. Ruffin, son of Willie C. And Ruby Ruffin, was born on March 17th, 1957, connecting with his father Samuel Ridley later in life. He gave his life to the Lord at an early age at Friendship

He retired after 20 years of dedicated service in June 2001. He was very intelligent and big on education; he taught math and physical education in Saipan. After retirement, he went on to work for the United States Internal Revenue Service, completing 11 years.

He went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Phoenix and his Master of Arts degree from New College of California, School of Law.  In his down time, he enjoyed fishing, computers, and spending time with his family watching Spongebob Squarepants.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Willie C. Ruffin and his father, Samuel Ridley. Grandparents, Raymond and Earseline Kelly; Joseph and Elvernia Ruffin; and C.B. Benjamin.
