Ara Mae Woods Smith, 84, of San Antonio, born May 5, 1921 in Lockhart, TX passed away September 10, 2005. Mrs. Smith is survived by her friend and caregiver Erma Crumedy Petty, 3 nephews; Felmon Woods, Eddie Joe Woods and Charles Woods and her great-niece; Rhonda Woods. Visitation will be held Friday, September 16, 2005 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Meadowlawn Tribute Center, 5415 E. Houston St. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 am, September 17, 2005 at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 225 N. Swiss St. Interment will follow at Meadowlawn Memorial Park, 5611 E. Houston St.
