  1. My deepest condolences to Belinda’s children. Bel was a lifelong friend and 3rd cousin. She was a happy person. She was strong willed and a positive individual. She was kind and compassionate. She was down to earth and always befriended the underdog. I called her “javaline macha” cause her hair was stiff sometimes. This made her laugh. This was all during our high school days. She got married, embraced life and had her children. May she rest in peace. Adios Bel, descansa.😔🙏

  2. CandleImageSending my most heartfelt sympathy to Belinda’s children and grandchildren. I met Belinda over 12 years ago when she moved to San Antonio to work for the Dept. of Commerce, Bureau of the Census. We worked on all surveys until I retired 3 years ago and became best friends. She was always in a happy mood ready to go. Belinda loved to listen and dance to Tejano music. We would often get together with Connie, Mary & Della. We will all miss you dearly, Rest in Peace Belinda.

  3. I played Aqua Volleyball with Belinda and she was a friendly, funny and fierce volleyball player…a truely awesome teammate. I always enjoyed playing with her and she is missed by all of us. Please accept my deepest sympathy! I am sending the family strength, peace, love and prayers during this difficult time.
Rest in Heaven dear Belinda 🤽‍♀️
