Betty Jane Lovell

Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Betty Jane Lovell, entered into eternal rest on January 9, 2022 at the young age of 81. She was born in San Antonio, Texas to the late Andrew Covey and Myrtle Pierce on October 15, 1941.

Betty met and married the love of her life, Jack Lovell. The two shared a union of 30+ years. She was a loving wife and mother to her children Terri and Jackie. It was always important to her to take care of her family and her home. Her husband Jack departed her in 2001.

Betty enjoyed working as a caregiver where her passion comforted many senior citizens. She worked until she was unable, however, her strength was beyond many could endure. Her legacy will be carried on through her family and close friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and have now joined them, her husband Jack, as well as her son, Jackie Lovell Jr. in heaven.

She leaves in her memory, her beloved daughter Terri Guerra (David), loving grandchildren: Justin Dickens (Dache), Jennifer Lewis (Matthew), and Scott Laube (Carlos), 5 great-grandchildren: Tyler Dickens, Avari McGrew, Allyson Lewis, Roslyn Lewis, and Greyson Laube; 1 great-greatgrandson: Easton McGrew; and numerous other close relatives and friends.
