On January 22, 2023, Brandon Lamar Caldwell transitioned to his heavenly home surrounded by his grandmother, grandfather, and great uncles.
Brandon was born on August 8, 2002 to Dionne Davison and William Caldwell in San Antonio, Texas. He had a great passion for sports and helping others. Brandon’s love for sports began at the age of five when he played football and basketball for the Southeast Apache’s. However, in his teenage years Brandon committed himself to basketball. His dedication and prowess to basketball enabled him to lead several teams to earn numerous victories in the sport. Brandon was a member of the Hillside Basketball team where he mentored several players and was regarded as a big brother.
Brandon began his career path in 2022, working at McDonald’s on Southcross along side his mother and coworkers. He was admired for his dedication and work ethic. Co-worker’s would often comment on his ability to bring joy and laughter to the workplace.
Brandon is survived by his parents, Dionne Davison and William Caldwell; siblings, Denise Caldwell, William Caldwell, Jr. Kalaha Jayroe and Destiny Caldwell, two aunts, uncles and a host other relatives and special friend “Daisy”.
