Carl Roy Sheff, age 49, passed away August 2, 2016 in Uvalde, TX. Carl will always be remembered as an outdoorsman who loved hunting & fishing. He is survived by his wife, Cheri Winter; children, Brett (Kristi) Nicholson, Wade Sheff, Wyatt Sheff; father, Robert (Jeanette) Sheff; mother, Lynette (Richard) Meneses; brother, Dale (Vikki) Sheff; grandchildren, Skye Jones, Presley, Molly, and Dorothy Nicholson; other nieces and nephews.
