December 28, 1936 ~ October 21, 2013
Charlotte Edith Frazier passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on October 21, 2013. Charlotte lived her life always putting Christ before all things. As a proud native New Yorker, she enjoyed sharing her stories of her days in the Big Apple, and surrounding herself with family and loved ones, especially over a good meal. While nothing topped a slice of New York pizza, as a San Antonian, she developed a fondness for La Fiesta Patio Caf, but she always called it Patios. Affectionately known as Mom, Grandma, Nana or Nanny, Charlotte was a great many things to a number of people; inclusive of friends and members of her congregation and if you were a friend of Charlotte's, you were a friend for life. She is preceded by loved ones in heaven and survived by her children and their spouses; Holly and Robert Watkins, Charlotte Graham, John and Judy Frazier, Donna and Roland Ebarb and Andrew and Karen Santos and her grandchildren; Adoria, Scott, Holly, Ashley, Teceira, Jonelle, Miggy, Lily, Andre, Kyle, Jovial, Syndey, Stevie Ray and his daughter Maryjane and her great children; Michael and one on the way, Charley and all of those yet to be.
