Clayton Eugene Richardson went home to be with the Lord on October 31, 2023.

Clayton is survived by his children: Terry Richardson, Debra Short, Sandra Collins, and Manuel Richardson, his sister: Clara Wright, and his grandchildren: Stacey Denise Richardson, Jasmine Richardson, Jenika Richardson, Renata Collins, Danielle Collins, Shavone Richardson, Tyra Richardson and Stephanie Short.

He is predeceased by his parents: Clayton and Edna Richardson, Wife Rachel Lee Richardson, son: Alvin Richardson, siblings: Helen Wright, Thelma Cunningham, and Joyce Priestly, and his grandson: Willie Collins, III.

Clayton was a dedicated husband and father. He and Rachel Lee Richardson were married on August 9, 1958 and were married for 62 years He was a hard-working man, who worked for Sears Roebuck for over 15 years and retired from Roddis Lumber after 20 years. He loved the outdoors, farming, horses, watching sports, and long country rides. He was a strong silent type, who loved his family and was willing to help those in need. He will be deeply missed.
