Born in:
Columbus , Ohio
Resided in:
San Antonio , Texas
Clifford Jerome Latham, born November 30, 1956, of San Antonio, Texas finished his earthly journey on January 16, 2023, at the home he loved with family by his side. As he continues on the eternal path back to our Heavenly Father, he will be greatly missed; but forever in our hearts.
Clifford was born in Columbus, Ohio to Earl M. Latham and Alice Naomi (Keels) Latham. He grew up in Fostoria, Ohio until he entered the United States Air Force. His first assignment was in San Antonio, Texas for Basic Training. This is where he met his soon to be wife Vickie Franklin. Together they raised three wonderful sons.
After making San Antonio his home, Clifford became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he served faithfully in whatever calling the Lord had for him. Clifford retired from Aetna Health Insurance as well as Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas.
Clifford was a loving and devoted Husband, Father and Grandfather. He loved spending time fishing, golfing , vacationing , going to theater performances and sporting events. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Alice Latham, two brothers; Jesse Latham Sr., and Tommy Latham.
Clifford leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 38 years, Vickie L. Latham; his sons Clifford (Roni) Latham of Round Rock, Texas; Thomas (Evelyn Sofia) Latham of Taylorsville Utah; Brandon (Rachel) Latham of San Antonio, Texas. Siblings: Joyce Latham Hughes of Columbus, Ohio; Earl Latham of Stockton, California; Alice (Anthony) Terry of Fostoria, Ohio; Kenneth Latham of Columbus Ohio; Jeffrey Latham of Columbus Ohio; sister-in-law Debra Latham of Fostoria Ohio. Three precious grandchildren; Aleah, Theo and Maya June and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
We know that our Heavenly Father is pleased to have one of his most kind and generous children back in his arms. Clifford endured his challenges well until he peacefully passed away. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him; but never forgotten.
