Dorothy is a beautiful soul and may she Rest in Peace.
As I read this beautiful obituary for Dorothy Jean, and the family names, I remembered the life and times of growing on Potomac Street. Ms. Dovie, her brother Hastings, (sharper dresser with a cool car, black and white Thunderbird), and her comical Uncle Spie. I reconnected with Dorothy Jean at New Hope Church, where her children and some of her grandchildren grew up. I pray for you Deborah (her twin) and Barbara (her mannerism) and your entire family. I know you know our Lord and He will NOT forsake you.
