Eden Jolynn Centeno was born September 25, 2003 in San Antonio, Texas to loving parents Luis Centeno and Samantha Vargas. She passed away the evening of June 5, 2023 at the age of nineteen years old. She left our World far too soon, but her memory will remain in our hearts forever.
Eden was nothing short of a great daughter, sister, granddaughter and aunt. She was known for her exceptional baking skills, as well as her love for true crime and nature. Eden often kept herself busy with hobbies such as diamond painting and playing Minecraft with her brother. Eden could fix anything she set her mind to! She was very helpful to not only her family, but anybody that need her help. She was very selfless and had a huge heart.
Left to cherish Eden’s memory are her loving parents Luis and Samantha, brothers Luis and Estephen, Grandmother Jo Harvey, aunts Beverly and Shirley, her niece and nephew Leroy and Leah, whom she loved dearly, as well as her cats Freya and Mary, her best friends, Joyce and Marina and many extended family members.
Eden leaves behind a life and legacy that will not soon be forgotten. She will be missed dearly by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing her.

My condolences to my friend and his family and friends.
Rest easy little angel.
It’s not a goodbye. It’s I’ll see you later.
Words seem inadequate to express how deeply my heart breaks for all of you with Eden’s departure to heaven. Eden had an incredible spirit about her, and she makes up the very best part of each of you. While the Earth is darker without her presence, the heavens are brighter. She touched many lives in the short time she graced Earth and we are all better for having met her. You are all in my thoughts and prayers daily. Much love to all of you.
Edi , it brings my heart and soul nothing but sorrow to think of the passing of a cousin who is beloved and respected by many. I prayed for you and all others throughout your time dealing with pain in your health journey that was sadly endured. Now it is over and you can rest. Forever continuing to spread all the joy , hope and blessings for all. May God and all others welcome you with multiple sweet treats and feeling as fulfilled as ever. Please say hello and give a hug to Gram , uncle Chris, aunt Josie & your grandpa Chuck. You touched many people’s hearts and God knew that you were meant to touch lives of others with him soaring high in his Kingdom. May God continue to bless you and the family and know that though you’re not here , your spirit will forever live and love on. Much love , xoxo – Nick
