Ellis Charles Caple

Ellis Charles (Bubba) Caple was born on October 23, 1933 in Blevins, Arkansas. He was the second child born to Arthur and Bertha Caple. They both preceded him in death. Ellis attended school at Blevins Training High School in Blevins, Arkansas. After graduation he moved to San Antonio. He worked at the Samsco Iron Machinery and later worked at RTI for Mr. Cyrus Weller, as a truck driver for 40 years until his retirement. On October 14, 1956 he united in marriage to Ella Marie Cheatham. To this union no children were born. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Ella Marie Cheatham Caple, of San Antonio; one sister, Jessie Mae McBrine of San Antonio; four sisters-in-law, Ethel Walker Rosie Johnson, Earlean Langston of Washington, Arkansas, and Doris Sutton of San Antonio; two daughters, Debra (Daryl) Holyfield of Texarkana, Texas and Mary Demps of San Antonio; a host of grandchildren, family and friends.
