Evelyn and I met at San Antonio College in the fall of 1970 and remained dear friends for 42 years. During most of those years, our individual lives took us to opposite parts of the country; however, our friendship endured and remained strong as we kept in constant touch until we were reunited in San Antonio 7 years ago.
Evelyn was a beautiful person who was always happy, fun to be around and there to lend a helping hand or consoling in times of need. We shared many special times together and I cannot imagine life without her.
Until we meet again dear Evelyn, may God bless you and keep you in His Kingdom forever. My deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers are with her family.
