  4. CandleImageCondolences to the families. My heart aches knowing Fran is no longer with us. Fran was not only a friend but also someone who made me feel like a member of her family. Her kids were the same way. I truly will miss her. 🌹

  5. CandleImageSending our heartfelt condolences to all of the family and dear friends. Fran was such a mentor to me in my early years and hired me to work in her La Villita shop – another of her creative outlets. I loved her entrepreneurial spirit and “tell it like it is” attitude. You couldn’t get anything past her so I am grateful she put up with the shenanigans Wendy and I forced upon our parents while we sewed our oats. All of you were close to me and my Hays family and we will always cherish the special memories we had with Fran and all of the rest of you. Sending healing prayers your way. Much love, Laura, Jaeger & Sasha

  6. CandleImageI worked with Fran at University Hospital for thirty years and she was a wonderful person to work with. She had a good life and may she rest in peace and may God bless her children and grandchildren is my prayer.

  7. To the children of Fran,
Please accept our condolences for the loss of your mother. She was a beautiful person who loved her faith, family and friends. We were honored to know her thru you Dad and enjoyed great times during the coaching years and assisting her at NIOSA (Frontier town-shy poke eggs,Chinatown etc). Know that she is in heaven with Our Lord enjoying the wonderful graces for eternity. Keep her love in your hearts!
May she rest in peace! Amen! 🙏

  8. CandleImageDear friend,
Fly high and free. I am reflecting on our time together at University Hospital and the invaluable guidance you gave me as my mentor. Your impact will never be forgotten. May you rest in peace, and may eternal light shine upon you. My deepest condolences to Fran’s family during this difficult time.

  9. My sincere condolences to Wendy and the West family in the passing of your dear beloved mother. It’s been a long time since seeing y’all but I have lots of fond memories and know Randy and I are praying for you all🙏 at this difficult time 🎈🩷

  10. What a force of nature this woman was! She was granny to our children and many more. She lived a love story everyone dreams of. She was tough and gentle at the same time. Beautiful inside and out. I know she will be missed in this world by many.

  11. CandleImageMy deepest sympathies to the West Family. As you all go through this difficult time, know that she is dancing with the angels in heaven. Although I will not be able to attend this calibration of life today, I join Fran and the family in spirit. Such a kind loving person will never be forgotten.
