Frank Edward Ketchum was born on June 28, 1947 in Seguin, Texas to the parents of Frank and Maudester Ryan Ketchum.
His early Christian life began at Refuge Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
He attended Ball High and graduated from Seguin High School.
Frank was an avid tennis player at Ball High and Seguin High Schools.
Upon graduation from high school, he attended The Engineering Extension Service-Texas A & M University Highway Construction Equipment Technician and Operators School. Upon completion he furthered his education by attending Durham College and St. Philip’s College. Frank was a faithful employee to Burke’s Forms.
Frank’s favorite passions were fishing, gardening, reading and of course taking photos of family and friends.
He was especially fond of his nieces and nephews and how they were doing in school.
“Duddy” as all of his cousins referred to him by will be missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Danny and Bill Ketchum and sister Annet Ketchum Hall.
Frank leaves to cherish his memory his siblings, Janet Antwine (Kermit) and Dennis Day Ketchum (Monika) ISG Retired; nephews Lester L. Cooks, Jr. (Liana), SMSGT Retired, Kory D. Antwine, Frederick Ketchum (Anna), M.D., and Wil Hall; nieces Krystal Winfield (Alistair), Isabel Lee (David) and Rebecca Ketchum, and a host of loving relatives and friends.
