Frederick Schmaeling
December 16, 1910 ~ March 30, 2006
Fred J. Schmaeling born Dec. 16, 1910, passed away on March 30, 2006. He was predeceased by his wife Eugenia Spitzer Schmaeling, parents, Peter and Anna Schmaeling, brother Frank, and step-grandson, Bruce E. Kelley. He is survived by his step-son, Richard M. Kelley and wife Ann, sisters, Dorothy Terwilliger and Rita Kazimir, brothers, Peter and Joseph Schmaeling, 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Fred was the retired owner of the Lehman Flower Bulb Co., furnishing garden shops and growers throughout Texas and the Southwest with caladium and other bulbs. He will be greatly missed by those who came in contact with him throughout his 95 years on earth.
