January 6, 2024 ~ February 15, 2024
Born in:
San Antonio, Texas
Resided in:
San Antonio, United States
Gianna Grace Urbina was born January 6, 2024 to Cesar Urbina and Jordan Hernandez. She was the second child.
Anxious to get here Gianna Grace came several weeks early, weighing in at 1 pound 1 ounce. Beating the odds and with God’s grace she fought to stay on earth giving her parents time to get to know her. As they visited with her, they could see her personality growing each day.
When the Lord had prepared her place in heaven, He called her home and she quietly slipped away from her parents arms into the arms of Jesus.
Gianna Grace leaves to forever cherish her memory her parents, Cesar and Jordan; brother, Jaxson; grandparents, Fermin and Dalia Urbina and Ruben and Mary Hernandez; great grandparents, Manuel and Gloria Sosa and Ruben Sr. and Rosa Hernandez and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and other relatives and family friends.

To the sweetest angel Gianna. You had loads of personality at a few weeks old and I know you’ll continue to up there in heaven🤍💕it was a pleasure taking care of you🤍
My condolences Jordan and Cesar on your loss of Gianna Grace every day both of you went to see her in the Hospital and you could see her slow progress but came the day that her little body could not fight any more regardless of our prayers, rosary petitions , those whisper hugs that you would give her, novenas or blessed candles lighted for her. Our Lord saw that her little body was very tired and could fight no more and her little body slowly slipped away to a better place in Heaven where she will be waiting for her parents that she saw every day. We never saw you Mamasita but Great grandpa and I love you just the same and will see you one dad.❤️
