Gloria Vialpando

gloria vialpando
Gloria Jean Vialpando was born on December 16, 1957, and went to be with the Lord on July 25, 2016 at the age of 58, after battling ovarian cancer for 14 years. She is preceded in death by her father Augustine Vialpando. Survivors include her loving mother, Stella Vialpando, Corina Martinez, brothers Marcos Vialpando, (Kathy), Jose Cruz Vialpando, (Brenda), loving niece Nicole Plata (Ruben) and other dear family members, caring neighbors and friends. Gloria was an amazing, wonderful human being who always put everyone else ahead of herself even all the way to the end. Gloria was a dedicated partner of H.E.B for 38 years. She took her job and co-workers to heart, with that she felt sorrow the day she had to retire due to her illness. Gloria took joy in her music (which you couldn't listen to the whole song), movies, her bananas (even had people taking pictures of them at the store) and the casino (had the luck for that), all in all, Gloria will be dearly missed by so many but joyful that she will be resting in peace with her dog Gizmo.

Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Love you Gloria Jean all the way to the moon and stars and to the farthest galaxy . My only regret is that we lost so many years between us, but our bond is eternal no matter what. You are now joined with your dad, your two aunts Dora and Vicky and Uncle Bill. I remember you as a toddler when your mom would comb your hair full of curls. As you grew up into a young lady you were always sweet and cordial–like your mom. God be with you always.

  2. Gloria will be truly missed, but glad to know we have an amazing guardian angel looking over us. Our deepest condolences to the entire family.

  3. Gloria you are the best friend anyone could ever ask for, you are gentle, kind, and caring. you will truly, truly be missed more than you will ever know. We will always treasure all of the beautiful memories we shared together over the years, our friendship meant the world to us. We will watch and keep an eye over Corina and make sure to stay in touch. Heaven is definitely more beautiful now that they have recieved the best guardian angel of them all. Rest in peace my buddy. Our thoughts and prayers are with Corina, her friends and family Always. God Bless You & Take Care of You Always. Mary Sanchez, Mary Ann & Grandma Carmen Bautista Sheboygan Wisconsin

  4. Gloria Jean, we were first cousins and we only met once or twice. I always thought you looked just like our Aunt Dora, whom I adored. My mom and my aunt loved you, so by extension, I loved you too. Rest peacefully. No more pain, no more struggles. Love, Linda Elaine Salinas
