I was saddened to hear that my friend had passed away. I grew up behind the Katz’s house and spent a lot of time with guy and collected a lot of memories. I will miss you my friend. Terry. Hayden
Guy Katz 61 was born on July 12, 1957 and passed away quietly on October 9, 2018 in San Antonio, TX. He enjoyed spending time with his many dogs, fishing, and watching the deer that called his yard home. He was an active 40+ year member of the IBEW Local 60,and had recently retired from Alterman Inc., where he worked for over 37 years. Guy is survived by his immediate family, Amy, sons Tommy, Jushua & wife Kathy, father and mother Jerry and Patsy, sisters Stacie & husband Randy, Kelly & husband Mark, brothers Jaime & wife Anna, Jerry & wife Barbara, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and uncountable friends and contacts. A memorial service is scheduled for Monday October 29, 2018, at 11:00 am, at St. Gregory The Great Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Bulverde Area Humane Society
It was very sad to here that guy had passed. I knew guy in high school . A group of us hung out together in high school and many years after. He was a great friend . Lots of great memories That I will never forget. God Bless

Guy was my mentor, and a dear friend! With his passing, our lives will be seem a little less fun, and I will miss him. During this difficult time, may the entire Katz family find some small degree of comfort in their fond memories of Guy. I know I will.
