Harold Glenn Hoggard went to be with our Lord October 30, 2019. He was born July 8, 1966 in San Antonio, Texas. He was an avid bowler, fisherman, hunter, sports fan, car racing, and liked to travel with family and friends. He was a 1985 graduate of Highlands High School in San Antonio, Texas. Beloved son, brother, dad and pawpaw. He is preceded in death by his father, Oren Harold Hoggard; grandmother, Viola Tarver; grandfather, R.W. Tarver; various uncles, aunts, and cousins. Left to cherish his memory are his soulmate, Cindy Kiolbassa; mother, Shirley Hoggard Svec; stepfather, Jerry J. Svec; brother, Harold Scott Hoggard; sister, Deborah Hoggard; daughters, Kailey Erin Akin and spouse, Mathew Akin, Shelby Allison Hoggard; grandsons, Mathew and Vincent Akin; various uncles, aunts, and cousins. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in remembrance of Harold to the American Heart Association at www.donatenow.heart.org.
