Jamie, I wish I had gotten to see you again before you passed, but you had to have known that I cared about you tremendously. I have always thought that I had a great capacity for empathy, and for a while, I thought that that was all it would take to get you well. Looking back, I really did everything I could to help you while we were together, and when I said “I love you,” I always meant it. I am so sorry for your pain, but you are free now and in a place even more beautiful than your beloved Half Dome. I will never forget you, and a part of me will always love you.
Dearest Jamie, I feel that you are now in a place of no pain/hurt/disappointment.I know you are in God’s presence singing/dancing with His angels. You were a special person to those who knew/loved you, myself included. I thank you for the precious gift you gave us in your daughter, my first grandchild. She is smart, beautiful,and I know she will grow up to be someone you will be proud of. I will never forget you nor the good heart you had for others. I pray God’s blessings on your Dad, Sister & Daughter. Love you, Nana
