John Benjamin Neri-Moreno

With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved son, cousin, nephew, and friend, John Benjamin Neri-Moreno, affectionately known as “Benjamin”, who left this world far too soon on October 5, 2025, at the age of 38.
Born on February 20, 1987, Benjamin brought light and laughter to everyone lucky enough to know him. A true original, he was spontaneous, outgoing, and full of life. With a quick wit, a sharp sense of humor, and a mischievous sparkle in his eye, he had a way of turning ordinary moments into cherished memories. He was a jokester at heart, always ready with a laugh or a clever comeback that could brighten even the darkest day.
More than just his humor, Benjamin was a caretaker — someone who showed up for those he loved without hesitation. His devotion to his family, especially his father Ralph Moreno, was unwavering. Their bond was one of deep love and mutual respect, and it was evident to all who saw them together. He was also a cherished nephew to his aunts, Rita Colman and Rachel Sanchez, and his uncle Roy Moreno, all of whom loved him dearly. He leaves behind a close-knit circle of cousins, many lifelong friends, and a particularly dear friend, Rose, who will forever hold him close in heart.
Benjamin lived his life with a full heart and open arms. Though his time with us was far too short, the impact he made will resonate for years to come. His laughter, love, and vibrant spirit will live on in the stories we tell, the photos we treasure, and the moments we remember.
We take comfort in knowing that his memory will continue to bring smiles to our faces and warmth to our hearts. He may be gone from our sight, but he will never be gone from our hearts.
