Jose David Cisneros, 66 went to be with the Lord Sunday, June 2, 2024. He was born in San Antonio, Texas November 20, 1957 to the late Herlinda Rivas Cisneros and Rogelio Cisneros. A graduate of Highlands high school. Jose David was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoying spending family time outdoors hunting and fishing. He had a loving and kind spirit known as “Big D” by his family and friends.
He will be dearly missed by his wife of 24 years, Carmen Cisneros; brother, Roman Cisneros (Sandy); sisters, Dolores Garcia (Rudy), Rosielee Martinez and Dora Cisneros; God-Son, David Lozano III; numerous nieces and nephews.
