Joseph Anthony Flores went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, May 14, 2019. Preceded in death by parents Jesus (Frank) Flores and Lucy Ortiz Flores. Joe retired from IPAC Auto Dealership after many years of hard work and dedicated service. A graduate of Sam Houston High School. Joe love to play baseball and played on several leagues. He was a BBQ and Grill master and loved to BBQ for his family and friends. Joe leaves behind his son, Johnathan A. Flores; Sister, Diana (Flores) Palacios and her husband Raul Palacios; Brothers, Michael Flores and his wife Salee, Martin Flores; Nephews, Michael Flores II, Eric Palacios and Andrew Palacios; Niece, Samantha Flores. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.

  4. Uncle Joe I will miss your sense of humor. From as long as I can remember you always called me “chicken legs” or “hamburger” and it made me feel special. You got the whole family to joke about movies or good times and we really needed someone like that. I won’t forget the Disney world trip we took 10 years ago or helping out doing inventory at Nissan. It hurts that you are gone too soon but I will miss you.

I can’t promise not to cry, but I can promise to remember you awesome smile and memories we have made thru the years. I love you Cuz till we meet again, dance with aunt Lucy(Your mom) and play music with (Your dad) miss you lots.

  7. Our parents were the best of friends growing up so our families were close and spent many summers together at the lake. Joe had the best sense of humor and a great smile to go with it.   8. Joe had a great since of humor always making someone laugh by telling jokes. When we had family get togethers on special occasions he was always grilling our food and yes he was a very good cook! Sad to say I was already missing him before he past away because I didn’t get to see him this pasted Easter due to him being sick. Joe I very sad that you were called home so early. But at the same time I wouldn’t want you here in pain. So, Im not going to saying goodbye! Im going to say till we meet again. Love you always your cousin Lou Ann Paiz.

  10. I worked with Joe for many years at the old Honda store, we never did much after work but as in most jobs you see your fellow workers more than family sometimes. So Joe was part of my family . a great guy , I don’t remember him ever complaining. I will miss him, I am sure anyone that knew him will miss him. God be with you Joe Gabriel Pedroza

  11. Oh my, a favorite memory??? But there were so many!!! Joe was one the sweetest guys around. He was always honest with me and felt like a BIG brother instead of a younger. (2 years younger than me) So sadden by the news of his passing but I have to believe God has bigger and better plans. RIP, my dear friend! And Diana, the BIGGEST hug and so much love to you!

You always snapped us back into shape when we would stray from our path. You always put us first I’m so sorry for failing you. I will do my best for Johnathon if he will let me. Please Joe forgive me but put in a good word to our lord Jesus and the Father for us all and watch over us for you are now a true guardian especially those who needs you the most.
