Katherine De La Rosa, a cherished Wife, Mother, Sister, and friend, joined the Lord on October 6, 2023. Kathy was born on July 10, 1963, in Arizona, to her loving parents, Terry Dutton and Sally Dian Brooks.

Kathy faced an uncertain future following a diagnosis of a rare illness, but with the unwavering love and support of her beloved husband, Richard De La Rosa, she defied medical odds, celebrating 13 beautiful years together.

Kathy’s academic achievements paved the way for her career in office administration and collections. She found joy in her leisure time, engaging in activities like playing pool, creating ceramic art, and proudly participating in The Order of the Eastern Star. Above all, Kathy treasured moments with her family and friends, cherishing her most fulfilling role in life as a mother.

Kathy shared an unbreakable bond with her daughter, Stephanie, with whom she was inseparable. Their closeness knew no bounds, and Kathy fulfilled the roles of both a nurturing mother and a trusted friend. Together, they journeyed through life’s joys and sorrows.

Kathy endured her share of heartaches, bidding farewell to her son, Ross Bernstine, daughter, Stephanie Vacca, and her father, Terry Dutton. She is survived by her devoted husband, Richard De La Rosa, her mother, Dian Dutton, and her siblings, Lorie, Sheldon, Bart, and Richard.

Kathy’s memory will forever shine brightly in the hearts of those who loved her. She will be fondly remembered by her family and friends who have been touched by her enduring kindness.
