Kirby Rogers was born on August 16, 1990, in San Antonio, Texas to Pamela Rogers and Rayford Nichols II. Kirby found a special love for animals. Especially for dogs. Kirby learns how to care for and train dogs. This would be the beginning of a future business in dog breeding.
Kirby attended school in San Antonio Independent School District. Kirby love of gymnastics, cheering and dance led to becoming the first black male to make the Cheerleading team for Sam Houston High School and later at the University of Incarnate Word cheerleading camp. Kirby paved the way for many people to be their true self.
Kirby work history started at 15. Kirby was employed by McDonald’s for 10+ years. Further employment with Dollar General and The Goodwill Store. Kirby always dreamed big and went on to having businesses in dog breeding and hairstyling. Kirby was well known throughout San Antonio for Fancy Pups and Fancy Hair. The businesses prove to be a reality. They were very successful and rewarding for Kirby. Kirby was a very outgoing and loving person. Kirby always had the ability to make everyone around feel good. Kirby loved family and friends and would do anything for them and was always ready and willing to be a helping hand, a listening ear, and a shoulder to cry on. Kirby was a fashionista with Bling-bling. Banging hair with Chanel and Louis Vuitton was Kirby favorited.
Kirby was proceeded in death by; father Rayford Nichols II, half-sister Rozelle Nichols, paternal grandparents Rayford Nichols Sr and Emma James Blocker, maternal grandparents Joe A Rogers Sr and Lillian BarksdaleKirby is survived by loving mother, Pamela Rogers Nichols, brother Brandon Rogers, nephew Jeremiah King, half-sister Serena Nichols (Columbus, OH), half-brother Rayford Nichols III (Columbus, OH), God daughter, Shanyla Harris, numerous other close relatives, friends and all of Kirby’s puppies
