Leora B. Bradshaw

Leora Bradshaw, was born July 18, 1944. In Gillet, Texas. To the parents of Lola Mae and Homer Williams, who preceded her in death. She was the 10th child of 11th children, 8 of whom preceded her in death, sisters Florence Glenn, Mary E. Evans, Lola M Norwood, and Julia O'Neal. Brothers, Odis D. Williams, Lewis Williams, Julius Williams, and Edward A. Williams. Leora accepted Christ at an early age and grew up in the church at Lone Star Baptist Church in Gillett, Texas.
Leora was called to join the family on March 31, 2016, at Normandy Terrace Nursing Facility at 12:40am. A resident of 9 years. She was known as Cookie to everyone there and they were very fond of her. She was beautician, before becoming a Healthcare giver, and loved caring for people, and was a beautiful person. She let her Light Shine wherever she went. She loved to cook and entertain friends and neighbors, she loved her pets as children, as she had no children.

Aunt Cookie you will be dearly missed by all who knew you and your kind, loving and caring spirit. I will always remember how much love you gave to all your family and friends. I will always remember how you did my first perm before going to college and catering my wedding day event back in the day! You warm smile and fun kind spirit will be missed.
