Letrah Nikia Avery
June 17, 1974 ~ March 29, 2022
Born in:
West Covina, California
Resided in:
San Antonio, Texas
Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, entered into eternal rest on March 29, 2022 at the young age of 47. She was born to parents: Richard McCrury and Mary Ludd on June 17, 1974.
She spent much of her working career, serving in the Phlebotomist field after 26 years.
Letrah was a devoted wife, loving mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed being a hostess, and cooking was her calling. Her servant heart extended into the kitchen where she prepared the best gourmet meals. Everyone that was invited to the Avery residence knew they were in for a good treat.
She enjoyed being a “wine connoisseur” as well as loved visiting different wineries with her husband and close friends.
Letrah will remain forever in our hearts!
She is preceded in death by her mother: Mary Louise Ludd.
Letrah is survived by her loving father: Richard McCrury, her beloved husband of 19 years, Eric Avery, her children: Philip Cannon, Justin Avery, and Zachary Avery; her sweet grandchildren: Storm Cannon, and Aubrey Cannon; her sister: Erica McCrury, her brothers: Carlos Carter, Derrick Carter, and Russell Carter; and many other close family and friends.
