Libbia furthered her education after military retirement at San Antonio College obtaining an associate degree in science. She really enjoyed reading during her spare time and was a cat and dog lover. Ms Pansy was an independent family woman who believed with hard work the American Dream could be achieved. She was very humble and if you needed anything, even a place to lay your head, her door was always open. She touched so many lives and motivated others to achieve their American Dream. She was a member of The National Association of Black Military Women, Disabled American Veterans and Veteran of Foreign Wars Post 8541.
