Lillie (Candy) Caesar was born in San Antonio, Texas on July 4, 1962 to Murry Christian & Letha M. Francis. She was the youngest of 8 children.
She attended Sam Houston High School and was employed at SkyView Living Center, supervised for many years at AAFES- Fort Sam Houston Army Base, and worked in food services and transportation at N.E.I.S.D. She was loved by many of her fellow employees and children.
Candy was a social butterfly. She never met a stranger; she knew everyone and everyone knew her. Her daughter referred to her as: Little Ms. KSAT 12. Candy was loved by everyone. At every family event you would see Candy doing a few things; sharing a lesson about the family history, feeding everyone as they came through the buffet line, or out on the dance floor doing all the line dances.
On June 5, 1979 she was united in Holy Matrimony to Earl Bruce Caesar. They had been in marital bliss for 43 long years. Candy was in love with her husband and he was undoubtedly in love with his wife and he fulfilled his vowels until death did she part.
She leaves behind to cherish her beautiful memory. Her loving husband Earl Bruce Caesar, her only child; Earlisha N. My heart is broken into pieces.I am going to miss my beautiful friend, my sister. The sweet Angel that my Daddy always called his other little daughter. Sweet Angel, may you rest in peace. I will always remember the fun times that we had throughout the years, the laughs, the times when we would go to Sea Island and sit there for hours, the late night phone conversations and the fun we had growing up. Lillie, you will always hold a special place in my heart. Goodbye for now. I’ll see you later. Until we meet again, I love you and sleep well my sweet Angel. Forever my friend.. 💕 Janet H.
Sweet Angel, my Daddy always called you his “other little daughter”. We can’t believe you have left us. I remember when we were growing up, we would laugh and giggle about every little thing. No matter what, it was always “Lillie and Janet”. I remember when Bruce took us to our first dance at Holy Redeemer Hall. We had so much fun. Mama would pick us up from school and take us everywhere and always bought us a burger for us to share. When my baby was born, you were the first to come and see her. You were so happy for me.
Sweet Angel, I love you and I will never forget the good times that we had. You will always hold a special place in my heart. I miss you already. This is not goodbye, this is see you later. Until we meet again, rest well my dear Angel.
Her memory will always be a bright light of smiles, laughter, and sincere concern. Candy was always someone you looked forward to seeing. I will miss you, sweet friend. Rest in eternal peace.

My wonderful, beautiful and wise Angel.
You bought life to everyone you encountered with such a zest for life. You loved the Lord and encouraged others to do the same. I’m missing you every day. You were the glue that held it together. Children have a saying, star light star bright. Candy, you were always that sparkle in my life. I also enjoyed our phone conversations.
You were God child first and God child last. You were on loan to us for a short while and wow, what an impact you had on all of us who knew you.
Your sister, Shirley C.
The picture of you shows your beauty inside and out.
Oh how I wish I could have been there to hold you in my arms one last time. I am truly going to miss you. I am going to miss the times we talked on the phone about the Lord, our grand children and you telling me about whose funeral you went to that day. Even though I didn’t know who they were; you was always so excited about going and representing our family. I love you, I love you, I love you! 💔💔💔💔💋💋

I want to give the family my deepest condolences and prayers for strength. Lillie and I went to grade school all the way through high school together. She always had a smile on her face and made me feel so special to be around her. She told me that we were cousins so I rolled with it. She will be missed but forever loved. Rest easy cousin.
