Linda D. Jackson

Linda DeLeon Jackson went to be with the Lord March 25, 2007. She was born in Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines. She was preceded in death by both parents: Fortunato and Magdalena DeLeon. In August 1969, she met and married her future husband, John Jackson, Jr. who was stationed at Clark AB Philippines. During the nearly 38 years they were married, two sons were born to this union: Jeffrey John who lives in San Antonio and John III, who is in the Navy and stationed at San Diego Naval Base, California. She is survived by her husband and her two sons, her sister, Nanine Penalosa of Manila, Philippines and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be held from 5 - 8 PM, Wednesday, March 28th at the MeadowLawn Tribute Center, 5611 E. Houston . Funeral Services will begin at 11 AM , Thursday, March 29, 2007 from the Greater Tree Mount Temple Baptist Church, 787 G Street. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
