The Queen of the Dukes family Linda Louise Harvey was born February 28, 1957 to Barbara Jean and Arthur Dukes. She was the oldest of 10 children and aided her mom in raising all of them.

Linda had 2 daughters, Kendra Nicole Dukes and Richarda Dukes who passed away due to S.I.D.S.  Linda’s surviving daughter, Kendra and her were best friends and loved each other unconditionally to the utmost. Linda graduated from Highlands High School and put herself through nursing school to become an LVN, she worked her entire life caring for others. She worked at the Texas Center For Infectious Disease over 20 years.  Linda was a loving wife, mother, sister, sister-in-law, grandmother and great grandmother who spent her retirement years loyally caring for her family.  Linda spent most of her life, 39 years, married to and adoring Mr. William H. Harvey. Linda is responsible for raising siblings, her daughter Kendra Dukes, a loving grandson Troydeion Dukes, step-children,  family members children and her loving great grandchildren  Xander Dukes and Genesis Green who were her world.

Linda is survived by her only child Kendra Dukes; husband, William H. Harvey; grandson, Troydeion D. Dukes and great grandchildren, Xander and Genesis. She leaves behind sisters, Veronica Dukes, Bernadette Dukes and Elaine  Drummer; brothers, Richard Dukes,  Anthony  Dukes,  Arthur Dukes Sr., Patrick Dukes and James Dukes.  She will join her brother, Duda; sister, Monica Dukes and her loving mother and father, Barbara and Arthur Dukes in Heaven.

To say she will be missed is an under statement. I love you Mom.

  11. My dear friend and coworker you left too soon we we worked 22.years together. We took care of thof those puts like flying angels through those long halls. I have very cherished memories I wish Linda s husband William her Dr mKendra and her Grandson my deepest condolences and it her sisters and all her great grand children And all the family.
