Lola Ray Casey, of San Antonio, Texas, died peacefully with her youngest daughter Brenda and son-in-law Albert at her side on Saturday May 28, 2016. She is the second child of Ray Washington Hamilton and Effie Lee Annas Hendrix Hamilton of Prineville, Oregon. Born in Mt. Ida, Arkansas, Lola is preceded in death by Roy Lee Casey, her husband of 48 years; grandson John Kight; three brothers and one sister. She is survived by daughters Brenda Elizondo (Albert), Glenda Hanus (Kenneth), Linda Sides (Phil), grandson Phillip Sides; two sisters and one brother.

My sister, Glenda, and I miss our mother everyday. She was such a beautiful woman, and worked very hard to take care of us under very difficult circumstances. We know that she is in heaven with her beloved mother, Effie, and father, Ray, as well as her siblings who preceded her in death.
