Lottie M. Lewis

Lottie (Dottie) Marie Lewis was born on July 23, 1950 in San Antonio and passed away Sunday November 30, 2008 at the age of 58. Lottie worked for HEB and retired after 25 years of excellent service. Lottie had a passion for gardening, enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Lottie is survived by her children, Chris Johnson, Shyree Johnson, Tyra Thompson, Theresa Robinson and Drenda Thompson, all from San Antonio; her mother, Alberta Johnson of Yokum; sister, Theresa Carr; brothers, John Lawrence, Paul, Brian, Craig and Charles. She also leaves behind several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a bounty of other family and friends. Lottie was preceded by her loving husband, Ralph Lewis, who passed away February 5, 2008, and by a brother, Dwight Johnson, April 1981, and granddaughter Katrina Marie Johnson, May 16, 1990. Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Psalm 23, 6 Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, December 5, 2008 at the Meadowlawn Tribute Center. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at East End Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Meadowlawn Memorial Park.
