Lucille M. Tietjen

Lucille M. Tietjen was born March 12, 1950 in Hallettsville, Texas to loving parents Herbert Robinson and Lola Jefferson. She passed away to be with the Lord April 18, 2024 at the age of seventy-four.

Lucille was an extraordinary Wife, Mother, Aunt, and Grandmother. She accepted Christ at a young age and remained a devoted follower until her last days. Lucille was always considered the life of the party and a true joy to be around. Lucille took pride in her appearance and always had her nails done and wore the finest outfits.

Lucille was very giving and had a heart of gold. Her helpful advice, even if it was blunt, will remain in the hearts and minds of those that knew her. Lucille had great love for her family, especially her grandbabies.

Left behind to cherish her memory is her loving husband of twenty-seven years, Robert Tietjen, daughters April Randel and Barbara Tietjen, sister JoAnn Thomas, brother James Robinson, niece Jillian Thomas, nephew Alexander Thomas, grandchildren Keonno, Jace, Justin, Braden, and great-grandchildren Sophie, Isabella, and Alex.

Lucille leaves behind a life and legacy that will not soon be forgotten. She will be missed dearly by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing her.
