Maria O. Rodriguez gained her heavenly wings on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at the age of 52. Maria was born in San Antonio, Texas May 8, 1969 to Maria Olivia Estrada and Guadalupe Olivares. Maria loved being around her family and friends watching her Dallas Cowboys and Spurs games. She was always the person that was willing to help anyone even strangers. She enjoyed playing Pool, traveling for City, State and National Billiard tournaments. She won championships in Las Vegas, Texas and other states. Maria had a beautiful spirit and infectious laugh and smile.
She will be dearly missed by her husband, Mike Rodriguez, her daughter, Lydia and her husband, Israel De La O; son, Michael Rodriguez; grandchildren, Phillip, Lily, Layla; mother, Mary Saenz; siblings, Mildred Munoz, Marjorie Evan, Albert Evans, Jesus Olivares, Ruben Olivares, Israel Olivares, Elouise Casaus and Rosie Vasquez. Also her beloved pets, Maximus, Tally, Lobo, Baby, Little foot and goats, Pebbles and Snow White.

Miss Maria was a rare gem! Her smile, her laugh, her shocked look when Clem or I would say something she couldn’t believe! Her eyes would get big and she would say “Oh my gosh, Clem!” or “Oh my gosh, Jill!”. She would tell us that she had adopted us and we were her and Mikes kids, and we certainly looked at them in that way, in addition to being great friends. She will be dearly missed. Miss Maria, we will carry you in our hearts and love you always.
