Mary Alice Arebalo

Mary Alice Perez Arebalo entered into glory on February 13, 2017. Mary Alice, known as Al to her family, was born to Ishmael and Lucy Perez. Mary Alice grew up in the heart of San Antonio with her siblings Mike, Louis, Theresa, and Tony. She graduated from Brackenridge High School and then later married George Castillo. Together they raised four children: George Jr., Jeanette, Janie, and JoAnna. Mary Alice went on to marry Jim Setters, then Tony Arebalo. Mary Alice spent over thirty years taking care of the elderly. Upon her retirement she could often be found, the Belle of the ball, dancing away at the Royal Place or Casas Night Club. Mary Alice is preceded in death by her parents Ishmael and Lucy Perez; Her third husband Tony Arebalo; Brothers, Mike, Louis, and Tony; Son, George Castillo Jr.; Grandson, Jacob Hernandez; Great Grandson, Ramon Esquivel. Mary Alice is survived by her sister Terry; Daughters, Jeanette Contreras, Janie Esquivel, JoAnna Castillo and their families. She will be greatly missed.
