Mary Elizabeth Price was born June 18.1918 to Carl and Madge Elizabeth Henderson. She is preceded in death by her parents, her only brother Jene Henderson, and husband Max Price. While growing up she lived in both Evansville and Lafayette, Indiana. A majority of her adult life was enjoyed in Danville, Illinois raising her family. Mary is survived by her four children: Jene Stephen Meyer and wife Mon, Berkeley, CA; Amy D. Faldt and husband Chris, San Antonio, TX; Sandra L. Kulash and husband Edward, St. Louis, MO; and Brian D. Price, St. Joseph, IL. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Andrew Faldt, Houston, TX; Chad Faldt and wife Natasha, San Antonio, TX; Martin and Cameron Kulash, St. Louis, MO; Kaityln and Kyle Price, St. Joseph, IL. While residing in Danville with Max Price, Mary started her own laundry and car wash business. She acquired and built four laundries; two in Danville, IL, one in Rossville, IL, and another in Hoopeston, IL. She was active and volunteered at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Zonta Club, Muscular Dystrophy, and Lake View Hospital. Her hobbies and interests involved travel, reading, knitting, and caring for her grandchildren. In 1993, following the death of her husband, Max Price, Mary lived in a variety of cities; St. Louis, MO, Champaign, Il, Evansville, IN, and San Antonio, TX. Each time she surrounded herself with family and loved ones, and her dear companion Jesus "Marty" Marinez. A memorial service is planned for Saturday, April 12th at 3:00 PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church.
