Mary Lee Green Foreman

Mary Lee Green Foreman of San Antonio, TX, was born February 22, 1931, in Schulenburg, TX. She was the fifth of nine children born to Nathan and Gearlean (Fisher) Green. She attended Huston-Tillotson, (H.B.U) in Austin, TX., graduated in 1953 with a B.S. degree with a Minor in Education. In 1954 she married Fred Foreman, and to this union two daughters were born, Carles and Janice. Mother was preceded in death by her parents, her oldest daughter Carles, an older sister and six brothers. She is survived by her daughter Janice Foreman Phillips, her sister Wilma Green McCarthy, a grandson Jahmal D. Phillips, great grandchildren Sydney J. Aguilar and Donnell C. Phillips; and one sister-in-law Verneva Green. Her survivors include a host of other family members and lifelong friends. Interment will follow services in the Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian 11624 Culebra Rd, San Antonio, TX.
