He is Gone (Remember Me)
By David Harkins
You can shed tears that he is gone,
Or you can smile because he lived,
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
Or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left.
Your heart can be empty because you can’t see him
Or you can be full of the love that you shared,
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him and only that he is gone
Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on,
You can cry and close your mind be empty and turn your back,
Or you can do what he would want: smile, open your eyes,
love and go on.

Oh my! I just discovered the passing of Michael aka to me as Muhammin. I am so sad to hear of this. We graduated college together. I had not seen or talked to him in awhile but I do remember him as a kind and funny person. Sending my sincerest condolences to his family. May he rest in peace.
You had given me a life time of memories which will never forget. You had showed me how to loved and cared about others again for which I had lost for a long time. I miss you so much that no words can described my feelings for you.
When I get to meet some of your family and I told you that you are making it hard for me and you said that I might fall in love and you told me that “then fall in love “ and I had never thought I would with you that soon but I did.
I just wish we had more time.I will always be with you❤️
