Natividad Gomez

Natividad Gomez, age 62, a resident of San Antonio, Texas passed away in the hospital on January 25, 2013 due to pneumonia and heart failure. She was born December 31, 1950 in Converse, Texas. Nati or Nancy as her family called her will always be remembered as being unique and special in many ways. During her late teen years Nati attended Job Corps to become a Dental Assistant, but had to put her career on hold due to personal reasons. She always called everyone she knew "mija" or mijo". She was known by friends and others as "Nelly". Nati loved listening to music and dancing to cumbias. Nati a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt she will be missed by many. She is preceded in death by her youngest son Eduardo and brother Anselmo "Sammy". Nati is survived by her mother and step-father Adela G. Vasquez & (Juan); Sons: Emilio Jr., Javier, Ernesto, and Rene; Daughter: Monica; Brothers: Manuel & (Felicitas) and Santiago; Sisters: Elena, Maria Alicia & (Jose), and Rosa Maria & (Luis). Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
