Penny K. Keener-Caro passed away August 26,2019 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born December 31, 1960 in Orange County, Florida to Ralph and Rose Keener. Penny was known as a force to be reckoned with. She was a very strong and stern woman, but was an adoring and loving grandmother to her grandchildren. Penny enjoyed fishing and spending time at the beach. She will be dearly missed and will always remain in her family’s hearts. Left to cherish her memory are her parents; two daughters, Kathleen Soto and Vanessa (Malcolm) Hall; grandchildren, Haylee Walter, Justin Walter, Riley Gaither, Hayden Poplin, Kaylum Hall, Scarlett Hall, and Evelyn Hall; siblings, Starr Chamberlain, Terri Leis, and Ralph Keener Jr.; extended family and close friends.
