Phyllis Yvonne Lowe was born on April 1, 1951 to the late Marshall and Willie Mae Harden. She was called to heaven Sunday, August 28, 2022. She graduated from Highland High School and obtained an associates degree from San Antonio College. Phyllis dedicated 31 years of service to Southwestern Bell (AT&T). Phyllis was known for her faith in God, her wisdom and her beautiful smile. She enjoyed shopping, reading, singing and spoiling her family. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a long-time member of Refuge Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ in San Antonio, Texas.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Marshall and Willie Mae Harden; sister, Willie Ruth Scott and brother, Walter Knowles, Jr.
Phyllis spent 39 wonderful years with her loving husband, Derrick Lowe; her daughters, Sable Armstrong (Willie) of Plano, Texas and Marisa Lowe (Michael) of San Antonio, Texas; brother, Leonard Harden,; grandchild, Michael I. Thompson; God children, Devin Graham and Phillip Doxie. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and other beloved family and friends.
