Our beloved Preciliano Damien Pena Jr., affectionately known as “DAMIEN,” gained his heavenly wings on November 9, 2023 at the young age of 25. He was born on December 11, 1997 in San Antonio, Texas to parents: Preciliano M. Pena Sr. and Petra Avila.
Damien was a loving son, brother, and partner. He was such a happy spirited person with a SMILE as wide as the WORLD. His positive spirit was something he shared with anyone he encountered.
In 2016, Damien graduated from Southwest Preparatory high school. During his high school years, he enjoyed playing basketball, and gained the hobby of working on cars. He was an animal lover with the passion for pitbull dogs.
Everyone adored and cherished him. To be a part of Damien’s life was such a joy and a daily blessing. We will all miss him dearly as he will forever remain in our hearts.
He is survived by: his loving parents, Preciliano Pena Sr. and Petra Avila, his siblings: Alexis Pena (Nathan Padilla), Cassandra Pena (Joshua Newton), Alcapone Pena (Diamond Marmolejo), his longtime girlfriend, Emma Tello, his grandmother: Maria Avila-Maries; his aunts: Maria Avila, Sonia Leyva (Hector Leyva); uncles: Guadalupe “Lupe” Pena (JoAnn Pena), Hector Avila (Mandy Avila), Agapito Avila, Roberto Avila, and Juan Avila; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other close relatives, and his many friends.
