Ray Patterson

ray patterson
Raymond Jay Patterson Small Business Owner, Ray was born on July 25, 1957 in Fort Polk, Louisiana, the son of William and Geneva Patterson. Ray's first job was in the ninth grade selling milk in the cafeteria. Many years later, he served honorably in the Army from 1977-1981. This is where he learned about values and integrity that he passed on to his children. He also picked up a thing or two about electronic troubleshooting and repair while working on radar sites in Germany. After leaving the Military, he worked at various electronic repair shops focusing on VCRs, Camcorders, DVD players, and TVs. In 2001, he took over the small business "Brandt's TV Service" in Corpus Christi, TX when the owner retired. As a small business owner, Ray was well established in his local community and an activist for keeping small businesses alive. He was featured several times in the media on his successes. Outside of his day job Ray was an avid "domainer", buying and selling internet domains. He also enjoyed developing content rich websites and playing around with all things Google had to offer. When he wasn't buying domains or making websites, he could be found playing many of the latest PC games or going out to eat around Corpus Christi, TX. Ray was 55 years old at the time of death. His last residence was Corpus Christi. The death occurred at University Hospital of San Antonio, TX. Mr Patterson is survived by his children Jessica Patterson, Joshua Patterson, and his surviving grandchild Penelope Patterson.
