Ronald Anthony Williams

Ronald Anthony Williams Sr. was born on July 15, 1947, in Navasota, Texas, the only son of Gloria and Chester F.Williams. At age five, he and his family moved to Dallas, Texas where he attended Charles Rice Elementary School, Lincoln High School and graduated in 1965 from Roosevelt High School. He later attended University of North Texas where he met and married Sherry Lynn Collins. In 1969, Ronald joined the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Germany for four years. After returning to the U.S., having the "gift of gab" he enjoyed working various forms of sales. One of the things he loved the most was entertaining others with his jokes and wit. After having studied the Bible for many years, Ronald was baptized in 1986 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. He is survived by his sister Paula Elaine Williams, and sons: John Mark Goss of Wylie, TX, Vincent Anthony Williams of Longview, TX, Ronald Anthony Williams, Jr. of San Antonio, TX, Jason Ahmonn Williams of Abilene, TX, and one daughter, Tawanna Ahmonny Rogers of Plano, TX, along with twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank all those who lent kind words and deeds during this difficult time.
